High Phone Bills? Facebook’s “Autoplay” Videos Might Be The Reason!
Have you been receiving unusually high phone bills since you’ve downloaded the Facebook app? That might just be the reason why you have to pay those extra dollars per month.
The uncountable video’s in your Facebook feed that automatically begin to play, might be taking up a huge part of your mobile data. MoneySavingExpert.com received many complaints of people who have higher phone bills due to exceeding their data limit.
There’s an easy way to prevent all this – at least for iPhone users. Simply go to the settings and completely turn off the autoplay feature or choose to only autoplay video’s when you’re using Wi-Fi.
Facebook did admit that when users scroll down in their newsfeed, the videos will stop playing and prevent users from exceeding data limit.
