5 Lifestyle Apps Everyone Should Have

One of the best things about your IPhone is how it’s basically your pocket assistant. With the busy and crazy lives we lead, it’s important to maintain balance, stay organized, and relax amongst the madness. Luckily, your IPhone has the power to help you with all of that. There are so many apps out there that can assist you with all of that, so here are the top 5 lifestyle apps I think will benefit you to have and use regularly.

Plant Nanny

This is an app I found through the internet, and I fell in love immediately. Its purpose is to remind you to constantly drink water throughout the day, and it does so by providing you with a cute plant that you need to water, so every time it needs to be watered it will notify you (make sure your notifications are turned on!) and whenever you water it you also drink water. It calculates how often you’re supposed to drink based off of your height and weight, which you input into the app. It’s a cute and fun way to never forget to drink water again.

 

Headspace

This is a popular meditation app that you’ve probably already heard of. You do have to subscribe to get full access, but even the free package provides you with useful morning or night meditations. I never thought this was something I could get into, but I’ve found it helps me clear my head, therefore feeling more relaxed and level-headed.

 

Coloring Book For Me

I know adult coloring books seem like a passing trend, but I’ve found them to be useful and a fun pastime! It’s great having a digital version that’s constantly updated with new drawings, so when I’m feeling a little stressed at work, I can do a little virtual adult coloring during my lunch break.

 

Shine

This is a GREAT new app I’ve discovered, with so much content available. All you have to do is create an account, and you have access to meditations for every mood, goal and time of day, and weekly challenges to help with self-improvement. This app is like having constant inspiration and motivation right in your pocket. It reminds you when to meditate offers challenges to guide you in whatever area in your life that you’re looking for grow in, whether it’s being more productive, loving yourself, or finding fulfillment in everyday life. This app is a wellness and lifestyle must have.

 

Fabulous

This is one of the best lifestyle apps, similar to Shine. It’s like having a little life coach in your phone. This app is perfect for setting goals and trying to form new and better habits for your daily life. You are able to set alarms for your Morning, Afternoon, and Evening rituals, to remind you to drink water as soon as you wake up, or take 30 minutes to read in the afternoon, or drink water and meditate before bed. This app is a great asset to anyone trying to form good habits!
